 Bradford A. Stevenson, MBA, CPEI
Brad Stevenson started out as a small business owner and, within 6 years, had built a multimillion dollar corporation.
Since this initial success, Brad’s understanding of sound business practices has produced entrepreneurial success in a variety of fields. Over the past 15 years, Brad has been highly sought after as a trainer and professional speaker in disciplines including human resource management, development and project planning, organizational development, ethical standards, and performance management proficiency. He has also been a qualified Continuing Education Instructor in the states of New Mexico and Texas, in Ethics and Standards and Successful Business Practices.
With degrees in both Criminal Justice and his Masters in Business Administration, Brad has transformed his years of expertise and research into a powerful performance model with the co-development of Trans-World Dynamics, LLC.
Brad has also been selected to be included in a biographical directory published by Marquis Who's Who in America, (2008) the leading biographical reference publisher of the highest achievers and contributors from across the country and around the world.
Brad is also an Ambassador for the Great Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce representing and informing business owners of the opportunities and events offered by membership in the Chamber.

Bob Sugar, LPC, CRET, CPEI
Bob Sugar has worked as a consultant, trainer, and therapist for over 25 years. His experience has afforded him the privilege and opportunity to work with a diverse range of professions.
With a degree in Sociology, Bob understands that cultures of all types function only as well as their abilities to practice a philosophy of trust, honesty, authenticity, neutrality, kindness, and surrender. As a psychotherapist, Bob understands how psychological issues manifest in the work environment and personal relationships and he has developed a comprehensive model for resolving conflicts and building cooperation.
Bob has devoted years of practical research and development to refining that model and has implemented it successfully with families, businesses, and organizations, even professional sports teams. The co-development of Trans-World Dynamics, LLC is the culmination of his many years' experience.
Bob feels honored to be able to employ the THANKs® model in order to create positive outcomes, not only for companies and professional practices, but also for workers and consumers.
