THANKs® PROGRAM
(TRUSTWORTHINESS, HONESTY, AUTHENTICITY, NEUTRALITY, KINDNESS, and SURRENDER)
There are certain principles that when unleashed from our consciousness create a transformative experience in businesses as well as in our personal lives. These principles are Trustworthiness, Honesty, Authenticity, Neutrality, Kindness, and Surrender (THANKs®). In and of themselves these principles are neutral, not unlike gravity. It is how we use them (positively or negatively) that will determine our experiences.
The THANKs® program is Trans-World Dynamics’ flagship program. This two day interactive, experiential seminar takes all of its participants on a journey of discovery, exploring these core principles. This program raises question as to how so many companies, businesses and organizations operate in our culture. It creates a great deal of excitement for the participants because these principles are an inherent part of our makeup, and they cross, cultural, gender and age barriers. More and more, businesses are recognizing the need to operate from a principled foundation vs. a control, power and domination (i.e., a fear-based, reactive) foundation. We have discovered at TWD that in the practice and the living of the THANKs® paradigm, true power and success manifests.
This training program is implemented and facilitated with two trainers. Trans-World Dynamics believes strongly in paired training as a way of offering a greater return to the participants. We use what we call a three phase methodology throughout the seminar, in order to create a well rounded, in depth look into the beliefs and use of these principles. As a result, a thorough outcome with buy-in from all the participants mobilizes the organization in the direction of principle-based practices. The three phases are:
Phase 1: “The Self”
Phase 2:“Generalization”
and Phase 3: “Globalizaton”
With this model, businesses, companies and organizations walk away with clear vision, precise goals and an action plan, all embedded in the THANKs® principles.
